"An ending is not an end, but a beginning for a new chapter."   On my first blog, i have shared my OJT deployment and the office in which i am assigned. So, in my 2nd and final blog, i will share my OJT experience and the lesson i have learned through my OJT journey. "One of the best feeling in this world is when someone appreciate and welcome's you with open arms." It was the day whem Mayor Oscar"Embong" Villegas Jr. welcome's and introduce the student OJT's of NISU Lemery Campus to the whole LGU family. It was so overwhelming especially when he given us the opportunity to introduce ourselves one by one. " Dont be afraid of doing the unfamiliar things for the reason that the unfamiliar one is the one where we can acquire new knowledge and learnings in life." Throughout the journey in my OJT, i have faced  many difficulties when it comes to paper works. It was so stressful

Welcome to my first  Ever Blog as a proud Intern Student from NISU LEMERY CAMPUS. “ On-the-job training programs (OJT) strengthen our skills in preparation for the job role. For fresh graduates, OJT programs are a ticket in gaining work experience. But there is more to OJT in which I have already conquer and the office of the LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY was where it all started. It was last February 6, 2023 when we were all deployed in our respective offices by our OJT adviser Prof. Rene Arduo.  My first day of OJT was not that scary for the reason that it was the same office where I was also assigned for my work immersion during my Senior High School. The office of LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY was not just an office where I work but an office that develops the potential within me, improves my abilities and capabilities, and also my stepping stone to prepare myself for future purposes. "Putting an effort in everything we do is what leads us to a fruitful future."  A
